Brasov Running Festival is also the host of the first Mile competition organized in Romania! And it is no regular race, but an elite one, that gathers some of the best middle-distance runners from Europe!
The following day, on the grounds of Coresi neighborhood will take place the iconic Trunsylvania 10K race, the only Elite Label Race from Romania and South - East Europe!
At Brașov Running Festival races will also participate athletes from the athletics clubs in Romania! They can measure forces with their best competitors and will be ranked in special tops!

EXPO BRAŞOV RUNNING FESTIVAL
The CS Forex building, at the end of Camil Petrescu Street, the intersection with Str. December 13.
The schedule is Friday between 13:00 and 19:00, and Saturday between 9:30 and 19:00.
Only if you are not from the locality, you can also pick up your kit on Sunday morning between 8:00 and 10:00.
Attention, the 5K Open race starts at 09.00.
heart & Soul
The enthusiasts runners will be the heart and soul of Brasov Running Festival and will compete in one of the dedicated 10K and 5K races! Juniors and children can run in the 800m, 1200m and 3K races!
The course of the 10K race is measured and certified by World Athletics and lies in the city of Brașov, Transylvania, in the CORESI neighbourhood, the most beautiful & modern urban regeneration project in Romania
RULES AND SAFETY
We have Terms and Conditions that you must agree when you are entering the race. But we have some commonsense thoughts we have to share with you for everyone to enjoy a fun and safe 10k on race day.
We do want you to see you running with friends and family, dress for the occasion, rock out with the bands! But we are strongly suggest to be considerate for the runners around you when doing so and try not to interfere anyone’s progress along the course.
BIBS
Race Numbers
All participants must wear the officially issued race number bib. Please wear your bib on your front from start to finish in order for you to be recognized as an official participant and so we can send you afterwards photos and your official finish time.
Participant race number bibs are specific personal identifiers and may not be exchanged or transferred, given or sold to any other person.
The sale and/or transfer of race entries/bibs is strictly prohibited.
Race Results
As soon as the race is finished, here you will find out who was the fastest and if you managed to beat your friends!
Storage
We assure storage for the personal items for the race time, but please keep in mind that we don’t storage strollers, big bags, bicycles, roller skates, etc. We can take care of your personal belongings as sweaters, hats, shoes and other garments.

BRASOV
Brasov is a very well-connected city through European roads, railroads and the newly opened airport.
The distance from Bucharest airport is just 2h away and the travel time of the trains is pretty the same. The distance from Sibiu airport is similar in time with the E60 road connection.
